Caution when using Lipo Lab PPC
- Caution! Lipo Lab PPC can dissolve muscles and nerves, therefore physicians should take extra care to inject the product ONLY in the subcutaneous layer. DO NOT inject Lipo Lab PPC in the area below the knees, as nerves are densely concentrated in this area.
- Caution! The main ingredient, Phosphatidylcholine (PPC), is extracted from soybeans. Do not administer Lipo Lab PPC to patients with soybean allergy.
- Caution! Do not administer Lipo Lab PPC to patients with atopy, dermatitis, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke and atherosclerosis
- Caution! Do not administer Lipo Lab PPC to pregnant women
- Caution! Refrain from consuming alcohol and foods high in fat
- Caution! Avoid wearing tight clothes (e.g. skinny jeans) for extended periods of time, as this can create blisters in the injected areas
- Caution! After the injection procedure, avoid friction to the treatment area.
- Avoid heavy exercise or vigorous activity. Take sufficient rest.
- Since Lipo Lac PPC treatment consumes a vast quantity of water, patients are required to drink as much water after treatment: over 1~2 liters a day of lukewarm water.
- If there are lumpy parts in the injected area where the solution did not disseminate properly, patients may use PPC Cream to smoothen the area
