LIPORASE HYALURONIDASE
What is Liporase Hyaluronidase?
Liporase Hyaluronidase is used to reverse the effects of hyaluronic acid filler as well as boost the effects of fat-melting serums. Liporase Hyaluronidase is able to work that way because it is a natural enzyme that has a hydrolysis effect on hyaluronic acid.
Liporase Hyaluronidase appears as a white freeze-dried powder that comes in ten-vial containers (each vial containing 1500 units of hyaluronidase) in one box of this product. The depolymerizing enzyme hyaluronidase is the main ingredient in Liporase Hyaluronidase.
Characteristics of Liporase Hyaluronidase
The effects of Liporase Hyaluronidase can be almost immediately seen, as the enzyme starts the work the moment it is injected, regardless of whether the target area is in the fat deposit or skin layer. However, if the HA gel concentration or cross-linking ratio is higher than average, the effects of Liporase Hyaluronidase may become visible 24 to 48 hours after injection. The elimination rate of HA is 90% when using Liporase Hyaluronidase.
Important safety information
Patients who are not suitable candidates for treatment with Liporase Hyaluronidase are those who are:
- Allergic to Hyaluronidase or Hyaluronate
- Suffering from inflammation affecting the injection site
- Battling a local infection
Liproase Hyaluronidase is not to be injected into the veins or used topically.
How to use Liporase Hyaluronidase
Before the injection procedure using liporase hyaluronidase, local anesthetics can be administered to reduce discomfort during treatment. Inject Liporase Hyaluronidase subcutaneously and wait 20 minutes to assess any allergic reactions. Redness and slight swelling after the injection are normal. Do not proceed with treatment with Liporase in the case of hives or other signs of allergy.
