LIPORASE HYALURONIDASE

‌What is Liporase Hyaluronidase?
Liporase Hyaluronidase is used to reverse the effects of hyaluronic acid filler as well as boost the effects of fat-melting serums. Liporase Hyaluronidase is able to work that way because it is a natural enzyme that has a hydrolysis effect on hyaluronic acid.
Liporase Hyaluronidase appears as a white freeze-dried powder that comes in ten-vial containers (each vial containing 1500 units of hyaluronidase) in one box of this product. The depolymerizing enzyme hyaluronidase is the main ingredient in Liporase Hyaluronidase.‌
‌Characteristics of Liporase Hyaluronidase
‌The effects of Liporase Hyaluronidase can be almost immediately seen, as the enzyme starts the work the moment it is injected, regardless of whether the target area is in the fat deposit or skin layer. However, if the HA gel concentration or cross-linking ratio is higher than average, the effects of Liporase Hyaluronidase may become visible 24 to 48 hours after injection. The elimination rate of HA is 90% when using Liporase Hyaluronidase.
Important safety information
Patients who are not suitable candidates for treatment with Liporase Hyaluronidase are those who are:

- Allergic to Hyaluronidase or Hyaluronate
- Suffering from inflammation affecting the injection site
- Battling a local infection

Liproase Hyaluronidase is not to be injected into the veins or used topically.
‌How to use Liporase Hyaluronidase
‌Before the injection procedure using liporase hyaluronidase, local anesthetics can be administered to reduce discomfort during treatment. Inject Liporase Hyaluronidase subcutaneously and wait 20 minutes to assess any allergic reactions. Redness and slight swelling after the injection are normal. Do not proceed with treatment with Liporase in the case of hives or other signs of allergy.

When dissolving dermal fillers:
  1. Add 3cc of saline to 1 vial of Liporase Hyaluronidase.
  2. Gently and slowly twirl the ampoule to mix, being careful to not shake too hard.
  3. Draw out the mixture with a syringe and slowly and carefully inject it into the area where the filler needs to be dissolved.
  4. Gently massage the treated area for a few minutes
  5. The Hyaluronic Acid filler will start to dissolve right away and will be naturally absorbed by the body.
  6. Check the area for traces of the filler after 1 week. If any traces persist, repeat the procedure.
When boosting fat-dissolving injections:
  1. Mix 5cc of saline with 1 vial of Liporase Hyaluronidase.
  2. Inject the Liporase Hyaluronidase solution into the area where the fat-dissolving injections will be administered.
  3. After finishing the Liporase Hyaluronidase injections, administer the fat-dissolving injection according to the product instructions
  4. Gently massage the treated area for a few minutes
  5. Schedule a follow-up appointment after 2-3 weeks for a review

‌Why is Liporase Hyaluronidase recommended?
‌Liporase Hyaluronidase is a game changer in the use of HA fillers, because it can reverse the filler’s actions if the patient is unhappy with the results. Not only that, if the patient wants to remodel the shape, volume or form of the HA filler in their face, the filler can be melted using Liporase Hyaluronidase, then after 48 hours, HA filler can be injected again. Liporase Hyaluronidase is perfect for those who are unhappy with their HA filler treatment, whether it was given erroneously, excessively, or unevenly. Liporase Hyaluronidase can be used to remove the presence of HA, or to reintroduce HA again after dissolution. Liporase Hyaluronidase can also be used to enhance the effect of lipolysis (fat-dissolving) injections and reduce the fibrosis associated with cellulite.
